Flat Stanley 2/2014

A few weeks back Jeff and I got a letter from Kashden. It was so cute! He put us to work!

 

 

So, the adventures began...First he met Callie!
 

 
 

Next he went for a ride in Grandpa's truck

 

He was pretty excited waiting to see where he was going!

 

He got to meet Grandpa's new horse Reina and feed her a carrot

 

He got to go for a ride too. It was a short ride because he was afraid he may fall off.

 

On the way home he picked up Café Rio. YUM!!!

 

One day we did face time with Grahm. That was pretty fun.

 

Kashden's favorite thing to do at Grandma's is play with all the trucks. Flat Stanley spent some time driving the heavy equipment.

 

Everyone knows if you stay at Grandma and Grandpa's house to get to go to Hart's and get  a Pepsi and A Swedish Fish for a treat.

 

Grandpa went ice fishing and guess who got to go. Stanley rode in the sled...

 

Caught several big fish...

 

And watched Grandpa fall through the ice and get all wet.
Since he didn't get hurt it was pretty funny!

When all his adventures were over, Grandma took all the pictures and made a story book and sent it back to Kashden's teacher to read to the class.
It was fun having Flat Stanley visit, but next time we hope he brings Kash with him!
